  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within the automotive sector, specifically focusing on Tier 1 customers on a global scale.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive industry, including Tier 1 customers, suppliers, and industry organizations.
  3. Identify new business opportunities within the automotive market and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales and business development initiatives.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy and decision-making.
  6. Manage and grow existing Tier 1 customer accounts, including contract negotiations, pricing, and contract renewals.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of NXP's automotive products and solutions, and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  8. Lead and motivate a team of sales and business development professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  9. Represent NXP at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and establish new business relationships.
  10. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the automotive industry, including emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
  12. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders to report on sales performance, market trends, and business insights.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business activities.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development to stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In The Automotive Industry: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Automotive Industry, Including Market Trends, Key Players, And Current Challenges. They Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Working In The Automotive Sector, Preferably In A Tier 1 Supplier Or With Global Key Accounts.

  • Strong Technical Background: As A Senior Director At Nxp Semiconductors, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Semiconductor Technology And Its Applications In The Automotive Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Automotive Systems, Such As Adas, Infotainment, And Electrification, And How Nxp's Products Can Support These Systems.

  • Proven Track Record In Global Key Account Management: This Role Requires The Candidate To Have A Successful Track Record In Managing Global Key Accounts. They Should Have Experience In Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Customers, Negotiating Contracts, And Driving Revenue Growth. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Strategic Mindset: The Senior Director Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Sales Strategies To Drive Growth In The Automotive Tier 1 Market. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Analyze Market Trends And Customer Needs To Identify Opportunities For Nxp Semiconductors.

  • Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Candidate To Lead A Team Of Account Managers And Technical Experts.
