- Develop and define product requirements and specifications for NXP's BMS systems.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product features and functionalities with company goals and objectives.
- Lead the product development process, from concept ideation to product launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry experts.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify product differentiators and make recommendations for product improvements.
- Manage product budgets and timelines to ensure efficient use of resources and timely product delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in BMS technology and incorporate them into product development plans.
- Conduct product training and provide support to sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product positioning and promotion.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and make recommendations for product enhancements or updates.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Product Definition And/Or System Engineering In The Semiconductor Industry.
Expertise In Building Management System (Bms) Technologies And Protocols, Such As Bacnet, Modbus, And Lonworks.
Strong Understanding Of System Architecture And Integration, Including Hardware, Firmware, And Software Components.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Defining And Launching Bms Products, With A Focus On Meeting Customer Needs And Driving Revenue Growth.
