- Analyze and evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce CRM system requirements.
- Design and implement Salesforce CRM solutions to optimize sales and customer relationship processes.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain documentation of system processes, procedures, and user guides.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Business Analyst, Preferably In A Salesforce Crm Environment
Salesforce Certification, Such As Salesforce Certified Administrator Or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
