  1. Develop and maintain the overall architecture of the sales IT systems, ensuring compatibility and integration with other company systems.
  2. Lead and oversee the implementation of new sales IT systems, including gathering requirements, creating project plans, and managing timelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and translate them into effective IT solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the sales and IT industries to continuously improve and innovate our systems.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise with the sales IT systems.
  6. Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  7. Create and maintain documentation for all sales IT systems and processes.
  8. Train and support sales teams on the proper use and functionality of the IT systems.
  9. Monitor and analyze system performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  10. Work closely with vendors and external partners to ensure the smooth operation and integration of their systems with ours.
  11. Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings and discussions to gather feedback and improve system functionality.
  12. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and assist in their professional development.
  13. Collaborate with other IT architects to ensure consistency and compatibility across all company systems.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols, when designing and implementing systems.
  15. Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement within the sales IT systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In System Architecture, Design, And Implementation In The Sales/It Industry.

  • Expertise In Various It Technologies And Programming Languages, Such As Java, Sql, And Html.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes And Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Systems.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Complex Sales It Systems And Driving Business Growth.
