  1. Develop and execute software validation strategies for automotive radar products, ensuring their compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software test plans, including functional and non-functional testing.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of software issues, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
  4. Utilize your expert knowledge of automotive radar systems to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in software validation techniques and tools, and implement them in the validation process.
  6. Act as a technical mentor and advisor to junior team members, providing guidance and support in complex problem-solving scenarios.
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including engineers, project managers, and customers, to provide updates on software validation progress and any potential issues.
  8. Work closely with the product development team to provide valuable insights and recommendations for the improvement of our automotive radar products.
  9. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures, and work towards continuous improvement of the validation process.
  10. Actively participate in technical discussions and contribute to the overall innovation and growth of the company's automotive radar technology.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Software Validation For Automotive Radar Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Software Validation For Automotive Radar Systems, Including Experience With Different Automotive Radar Technologies And Their Associated Validation Processes.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: The Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 26262, Autosar, And Aspice. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Ensuring Compliance And Safety In The Software Validation Process.

  • Familiarity With Nxp Radar Products And Tools: As A Leading Semiconductor Manufacturer For Automotive Radar, Nxp Has A Range Of Radar Products And Tools That Are Used In Different Validation Processes. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience And Familiarity With These Products And Tools.

  • Strong Debugging And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Validation Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Resolving Complex Software Issues. Therefore, Strong Debugging And Problem-Solving Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Hardware And Software Engineers, To Ensure Software Validation Is Aligned With Product Requirements.
