Process Engineer

Additionally, they must have at least 3 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication process engineering. Expertise in process simulation software, such as TCAD and process control software, will be a plus.The Process Engineer must be an excellent communicator with a team-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently. Furthermore, they must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes. Lastly, they should have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of semiconductor device physics.
