1. Lead DFT strategy and implementation for NXP's semiconductor products.
2. Develop and maintain DFT methodologies and techniques to improve product quality and test coverage.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and ensure DFT integration.
4. Drive and oversee DFT architecture and implementation, including scan, ATPG, BIST, and JTAG.
5. Develop and execute DFT plans and schedules, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project milestones.
6. Conduct DFT reviews and provide guidance to design teams on DFT best practices.
7. Analyze and debug DFT failures, and implement corrective actions to improve test yield.
8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in DFT technology, and continuously improve DFT methodologies.
9. Mentor and train junior DFT engineers to enhance team's technical capabilities.
10. Collaborate with external vendors and partners for DFT tool evaluations and selection.
11. Work closely with test engineers to define and optimize test methodologies for DFT.
12. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for DFT.
13. Communicate DFT progress and issues to project stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvements.
14. Participate in design reviews and provide DFT expertise to ensure design-for-testability.
15. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance DFT processes and methodologies.
