Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Dft Design And Implementation For Complex Semiconductor Products.
Strong Understanding Of Dft Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques, Including Scan Insertion, Boundary Scan, And Atpg.
Experience With Industry-Standard Dft Tools Such As Mentor Graphics Tessent, Synopsys Testkompress, Or Cadence Encounter Test.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Dft Solutions For High-Volume Production Chips.
