Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality initiatives, processes, and standards across multiple teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
2. Stay current on cutting-edge semiconductor technologies, trends, and best practices in order to develop and implement innovative quality solutions.
3. Work with other departments and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective communication and collaboration.
4. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality strategies.
5. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations for quality initiatives.
6. Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members understand and comply with quality standards.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
8. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
