Job Description

As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our state-of-the-art photo equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for precision and quality.   1. Conduct routine maintenance on photo equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
  3. Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  4. Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed on equipment.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and new technologies related to photo equipment.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  8. Communicate any potential issues or concerns with equipment to management.
  9. Train other team members on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  10. Continuously strive for process improvement and efficiency in equipment maintenance.
  11. Work with equipment vendors and suppliers to order necessary parts and supplies.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  13. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge And Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Maintaining And Repairing Various Types Of Photo Equipment, Such As Lithography, Inspection, And Metrology Systems.

  • Electronics And Mechanical Skills: Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Electronic And Mechanical Systems, Including The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Schematics And Diagrams.

  • Understanding Of Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes: Familiarity With The Various Stages Of Semiconductor Manufacturing, Including Lithography, Etching, And Inspection, And How Photo Equipment Plays A Critical Role In These Processes.

  • Attention To Detail: A Meticulous Approach To Maintenance And Repair Tasks, Ensuring That All Equipment Is Functioning At Optimal Levels And Identifying Potential Issues Before They Become Major Problems.

  • Team Player: The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Team Of Engineers And Technicians To Maintain A High Level Of Productivity And Meet Production Goals Within A Fast-Paced Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment.
