1. Assist with various people projects and initiatives under the guidance of the HR team.
2. Conduct research and analysis on current industry trends and best practices in HR.
3. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
4. Support the planning and execution of employee events and activities.
5. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
6. Help maintain and update employee records and data in the HR system.
7. Provide administrative support for HR processes and procedures.
8. Communicate and build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
9. Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
10. Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
