- Lead the introduction of new products and processes into production lines.

- Train and mentor junior engineers on NPI processes and procedures.

- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
- Take ownership of NPI projects and ensure timely completion.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize NPI processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Semiconductor Manufacturing And Npi Processes.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Semiconductor Process Development, Including Understanding Of Lithography, Etching, Deposition, And Packaging.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Processes.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 9001 And Semi Standards.
