In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.   1. Design and develop automated manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity in the automotive, industrial, and communication industries.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and develop solutions that meet project requirements.
  3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for automated systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated systems, including identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  5. Conduct regular maintenance and performance checks on automated equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
  6. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and integrate new automation technologies into the manufacturing process.
  7. Monitor and analyze data from automated systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines for automated manufacturing processes.
  9. Train and mentor production staff on the operation and maintenance of automated equipment.
  10. Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation to suggest and implement innovative solutions.
  11. Document and maintain accurate records of all automated processes, procedures, and changes.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and process improvements.
  13. Contribute to cost reduction initiatives by identifying and implementing automation efficiencies.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert for all automation-related issues and provide technical support as needed.
  15. Participate in regular meetings and provide reports on the status and progress of automated systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Manufacturing And Automation Engineering, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Automation Systems, Such As Plc, Scada, And Robotics

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Production Environment

  • Experience With Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies To Optimize Production Processes And Reduce Costs.
