- Conduct thorough research and analysis of international tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance with global tax requirements.
- Advise and assist with tax planning strategies for NXP Semiconductors' global operations.
- Prepare and review international tax calculations and related documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
- Monitor changes in international tax laws and regulations and communicate updates and potential impacts to key stakeholders.
- Participate in the development of tax policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in compliance.
- Prepare and review tax filings, including tax returns, for various jurisdictions.
- Communicate with external tax advisors and government agencies as needed.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to identify and resolve any international tax compliance issues.
- Train and mentor junior tax analysts on international tax laws and regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to finance and accounting teams on international tax matters.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in international taxation.
- Collaborate with other tax team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax reporting and compliance.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive tax information.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In International Tax, Preferably In A Large Multinational Company Or Public Accounting Firm.
Strong Knowledge Of International Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Transfer Pricing And Beps.
Experience With Tax Planning And Compliance For Cross-Border Transactions And Transfer Pricing Documentation.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Proactively Identify And Address Potential Tax Issues.
