Job Description

NXP Semiconductors is seeking an experienced Incident Manager to join our team! We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to provide leadership in the resolution of high-impact incidents, ensuring the highest levels of service quality and reliability. The successful candidate must have an advanced understanding of ITIL best practices and IT service management tools, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills. If you possess the qualifications outlined below, and are interested in joining a dynamic and fast-growing organization, we look forward to hearing from you!Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field• 5+ years of experience in IT incident management• Advanced knowledge of ITIL best practices• Proven experience with ITSM and associated tools• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the resolution of high-impact incidents to ensure the highest levels of service quality and reliability.
  2. Implement ITIL best practices and ensure their adherence throughout the incident management process.
  3. Utilize ITSM tools to monitor incident resolution and ensure they are in line with ITIL best practices.
  4. Monitor service performance and identify areas of improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure successful incident management.
  6. Provide timely updates on incident resolution progress.
  7. Collect and analyze data to develop reports on incident metrics.
  8. Develop and implement strategies for incident prevention.
  9. Support the development of incident response plans.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new technologies.
