
Human Resource Manager

- Develop and implement human resources strategies in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Create and maintain HR policies and procedures, and regularly review and update them as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
- Analyze and report on HR metrics, and use data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and other external partners as needed to address HR-related legal matters.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Managerial Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo, Ada, And Fmla.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Resolve Conflicts.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Managing Employee Performance And Engagement.
