  1. Design and develop high performance computing solutions that align with NXP's goals and objectives.
  2. Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in computer architecture and apply them to the development of new products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  4. Conduct thorough research and testing to ensure that the solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot potential issues and provide efficient solutions.
  6. Work closely with software engineers to optimize software for high performance on the hardware platform.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications for all high performance computing solutions.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to team members and other colleagues.
  9. Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for timelines and resource allocation.
  10. Continuously improve and optimize existing solutions to meet changing market and customer demands.
  11. Collaborate with industry partners and participate in conferences and events to stay updated on the latest advancements in high performance computing.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in high performance computing.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing High-Performance Computing Systems

  • Strong Understanding Of Computer Architecture, Including Processors, Memory, And Interconnects

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C/C++ And Experience With Parallel Programming Models (E.g. Mpi, Openmp)

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Trends In High-Performance Computing, Including Emerging Technologies Such As Ai/Ml And Cloud Computing.
