Global Marketing & Communications Manager

NXP Semiconductors is looking for an experienced and motivated Global Marketing & Communications Manager to drive the company’s marketing and communication initiatives across the world. We are looking for a creative individual with a passion for marketing, a deep understanding of digital media, and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and executing communications plans.The successful candidate must possess 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, including at least 1 year of global marketing experience. They must also be highly organized, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. The candidate should have an understanding of digital marketing trends and be comfortable using a variety of technologies. The Global Marketing & Communications Manager will be an integral part of our team, helping to shape our brand and grow our presence in the global marketplace.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing and communications plans that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
2. Manage and coordinate global marketing and communication initiatives across multiple departments and regions.
3. Lead the development of marketing campaigns, including digital campaigns, to promote the company’s products and services.
4. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, and adjust strategies and tactics as needed.
5. Create and implement processes and procedures to ensure that marketing and communication initiatives are successful and efficient.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and timely communication.
7. Work with the media team to create and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other content.
8. Develop and manage budgets for marketing and communication initiatives.
9. Stay up to date on industry trends and marketing best practices.
10. Manage and mentor junior team members.
