Facilities Operations and Maintenance TGM / I&C Technician

1. Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all facilities and equipment, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and meeting production needs.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or issues that may arise, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as equipment inspections, cleaning, and repairs to ensure proper functioning and longevity of equipment.
4. Conduct regular preventive maintenance on all equipment and facilities to minimize downtime and prolong equipment life.
5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment manuals.
6. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to production processes.
7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts and supplies for equipment maintenance.
8. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations in the performance of duties.
9. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
10. Stay updated on new technologies and equipment in the industry and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance facility operations.
11. Train and mentor new or junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
12. Communicate effectively with management and other team members to provide updates on maintenance activities and address any concerns.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures in all aspects of job performance.
