
Customer Supply Chain Specialist
NXP Semiconductors is looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless supply chain process between our customers, Sales, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of supply chain management and a proven ability to build relationships with customers. The successful applicant will possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, plus a minimum of three years of experience in supply chain, customer service, or a related field. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills are a must, as well as strong problem-solving and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP. Responsibilities: • Manage and streamline the supply chain process between customers, Sales, and Operations • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers • Analyze customer requirements and develop supply chain solutions accordingly • Monitor customer orders and manage inventory • Monitor and evaluate supply chain performance • Troubleshoot supply chain issues and identify solutions • Manage customer inquiries and complaints • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency • Stay up-to-date on supply chain trends and best practices • Maintain accurate records of customer orders and supply chain activities • Use Microsoft Office and SAP software to manage supply chain processes
