  1. Provide technical support for Linux and HPC systems to customers.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Linux and HPC.
  3. Ensure optimal performance and reliability of Linux and HPC systems for customers.
  4. Administer and maintain Linux and HPC systems.
  5. Stay updated on the latest developments in Linux and HPC technologies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve system performance.
  7. Document and communicate technical solutions to customers and internal teams.
  8. Participate in the development and testing of new Linux and HPC products.
  9. Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary upgrades and patches.
  10. Provide training and technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
  11. Maintain a customer-centric mindset and strive for high levels of customer satisfaction.
  12. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  13. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and technical solutions.
  14. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 technical support for critical issues.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
  16. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer support experience.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Linux Operating Systems And Experience In Linux System Administration, Including Installation, Configuration, And Troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity With High Performance Computing (Hpc) Environments And Experience In Managing And Optimizing Clusters, Parallel File Systems, And Job Schedulers.

  • Strong Understanding Of Computer Hardware Architecture, Networking, And Storage Systems, As Well As Experience In Troubleshooting Hardware And Software Issues.

  • Proficiency In Scripting Languages Such As Bash, Python, And Perl, As Well As Experience Using Automation Tools Like Ansible Or Puppet.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Users And Provide Timely And Efficient Support.
