  1. Provide technical support to clients regarding NVIDIA products, specifically in the areas of graphics and artificial intelligence.
  2. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
  3. Utilize expertise in Linux and HPC administration to assist clients with product installations, configurations, and maintenance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product issues.
  5. Monitor product performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  6. Create and maintain technical documentation to assist clients in troubleshooting and utilizing products.
  7. Stay updated on the latest technologies and product updates in order to provide the best possible support to clients.
  8. Communicate with clients in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
  9. Provide on-site support and training to clients as needed.
  10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Participate in product testing and provide feedback to the development team.
  12. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
  14. Continuously develop and enhance technical skills through training and self-study.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of NVIDIA products and their applications to effectively support clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Linux Operating Systems, Including Command Line Interface And Shell Scripting

  • Proficiency In High Performance Computing (Hpc) Administration, Including Cluster Management And Job Scheduling Systems

  • Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Diagnose And Resolve Complex Technical Issues

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or System Administration, Preferably In A Linux And Hpc Environment
