Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planning Analyst to join our team at NVIDIA. The Supply Planning Analyst will be responsible for driving supply chain performance through accurate forecasting and inventory management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and an in-depth understanding of the supply chain. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field• 3+ years of experience working in a supply chain planning role• Demonstrated experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with supply chain software• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement supply chain plans and forecasts to meet customer demands and optimize inventory levels.
  2. Analyze current supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Monitor supply chain metrics such as stock levels, inventory turns, and lead times to ensure accuracy.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers.
  6. Utilize Microsoft Office and supply chain software to create reports and track inventory levels.
  7. Monitor customer orders and ensure timely execution.
  8. Monitor industry trends and update forecasting models accordingly.
  9. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the supply chain.
  10. Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
