Job Description

NVIDIA is looking for a top-tier Strategic Account Manager to join our team and help us grow our business. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our account management strategy and driving long-term relationships with key accounts. In this role, you will need to be an experienced communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and highly motivated individual who is excited to join a fast-paced, innovative team.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic account management within the technology industry, with a strong understanding of NVIDIA’s products and services. They should have a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex strategic accounts. In addition, they must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth. We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute an account management strategy to drive long-term relationships with key accounts -Cultivate and maintain relationships with strategic accounts -Analyze and assess customer needs and requirements -Identify opportunities for growth and improvement -Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues -Develop and implement customer-specific strategies, programs, and initiatives -Develop and manage customer budgets -Provide accurate and timely reporting on key account performance metrics -Analyze and track customer trends and provide insights to the team -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success -Develop and deliver presentations to customers -Negotiate customer contracts and terms of service -Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
