Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineering Manager who can bring their experience and enthusiasm to NVIDIA's Triton Inference Server. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful development and design of our server, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and provides high-performance inference solutions. You'll work with a highly talented and motivated team of engineers, collaborate with product and program managers, and be part of a larger team developing deep learning and AI technologies.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background in software engineering, experience leading and managing software engineering teams, and a passion for developing and delivering customer-centric solutions. You should also have a strong knowledge of modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and design the Triton Inference Server, ensuring it meets customer needs and provides high-performance inference solutions.
  2. Lead and manage a team of software engineers, collaborating with product and program managers.
  3. Maintain a strong technical background in software engineering and a strong knowledge of modern software development practices, including agile methodologies.
  4. Work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with frequent changes and new challenges.
  5. Develop and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  6. Stay up to date with deep learning and AI technologies.
  7. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
