  1. Design and develop clock distribution solutions for complex SOC designs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and define clock requirements for various functional blocks.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of SOC designs to identify potential clock distribution issues and provide recommendations for improvements.
  4. Develop and maintain clock distribution design methodologies and guidelines.
  5. Perform simulations and verification of clock distribution designs to ensure timing and power requirements are met.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug any clock distribution-related issues during the design and verification phases.
  7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in clock distribution design and methodology.
  8. Work closely with physical design teams to ensure proper implementation of clock distribution in layout.
  9. Participate in design reviews and provide valuable insights and suggestions for improving the overall performance and efficiency of the SOC.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors to evaluate and integrate new clock distribution IP into our designs.
  11. Provide documentation and training to other team members on clock distribution design methodologies and tools.
  12. Continuously strive to optimize clock distribution designs for better performance, power, and area trade-offs.
  13. Proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues related to clock distribution.
  14. Communicate project status and updates to project managers and other stakeholders.
  15. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Designing And Implementing Clock Distribution Systems For Large-Scale Soc Designs.

  • Proficient In Industry Standard Clock Distribution Methodologies And Tools, Such As Synopsys Design Compiler And Primetime.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clock Tree Synthesis, Timing Closure, And Skew Minimization Techniques.

  • Experience With High-Speed Interfaces And Protocols, Such As Pcie, Ddr, And Hbm, Is Highly Desirable.
