  1. Manage and oversee the operations of our site labs, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and execute various projects related to the site labs, including testing and validating new products.
  3. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop project plans.
  5. Utilize strong technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
  6. Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials and equipment.
  7. Develop and implement protocols and procedures for the site labs to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Train and supervise lab technicians to ensure they are following proper procedures and protocols.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols within the site labs.
  10. Stay updated on industry advancements and technological developments, and make recommendations for implementing new tools and processes in the site labs.
  11. Communicate project updates, progress, and any issues to senior management and other stakeholders.
  12. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  13. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the site labs team.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase productivity within the site labs.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data protection.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Project Management, Preferably In A Site Lab Or Testing Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies

  • Experience With Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Projects To Successful Completion

  • Knowledge Of Hardware And Software Testing Tools And Processes, Including Automation And Continuous Integration
