  1. Conduct reliability testing on silicon chips to identify potential failure points and develop solutions to improve overall product reliability.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to implement reliability improvement strategies.
  3. Perform failure analysis on silicon chips to identify root causes of failures and develop corrective actions.
  4. Design and execute experiments to validate reliability improvement strategies and confirm their effectiveness.
  5. Communicate results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including engineering teams and management.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices related to silicon reliability and incorporate them into product development processes.
  7. Develop and maintain reliability-related documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
  8. Participate in the design and development of new products, providing input on reliability requirements and potential failure risks.
  9. Implement and maintain reliability models and tools for predicting and monitoring silicon chip performance.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze field data to identify potential reliability issues and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  11. Mentor and train junior engineers on reliability testing and failure analysis techniques.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on silicon reliability principles and provide guidance and support to other teams within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Silicon Reliability, Preferably In A Semiconductor Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Reliability Testing And Methodologies, Such As Dppm And Fit Rate Calculations.

  • Proficiency In Using Reliability Software Tools, Such As Synopsys Sentaurus, To Perform Reliability Simulations And Analysis.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Guidelines For Reliability, Such As Jedec And Iso, And Experience In Implementing Them In Design And Testing Processes.
