Your efforts will involve building relationships with universities, developing creative sourcing plans, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process for university hires.We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for recruiting. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a strategic university recruiting plan for NVIDIA.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with universities and other academic institutions.
3. Source and identify potential candidates through various recruiting channels, such as job boards, databases, and social media.
4. Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for university hires, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
5. Develop creative strategies and plans to attract top talent from universities.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
7. Monitor and report recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
8. Manage and track recruiting budgets.
9. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in university recruiting.
