Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to NVIDIA customers, both on-site and remote
  • Analyze customer issues and develop solutions to address technical problems
  • Collaborate with other engineers and departments to ensure successful resolution of customer inquiries
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identify areas for improvement in NVIDIA’s products and services
  • Document customer cases and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies
  • Train and mentor junior engineers in technical support roles
