
Senior Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer to join NVIDIA’s team. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to NVIDIA customers, both on-site and remote
- Analyze customer issues and develop solutions to address technical problems
- Collaborate with other engineers and departments to ensure successful resolution of customer inquiries
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Identify areas for improvement in NVIDIA’s products and services
- Document customer cases and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies
- Train and mentor junior engineers in technical support roles
