NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team and help our customers get the most out of their NVIDIA products and services.In this role, you will be directly responsible for providing a wide range of technical support services to our customers, such as troubleshooting hardware and software issues, researching and resolving customer inquiries, and providing technical advice. You will also work with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.To excel in this role, you should have a thorough understanding of hardware and software systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for NVIDIA customers.
- Research and resolve customer inquiries.
- Provide technical advice to customers.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NVIDIA products and services.

- Document customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
