Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior System Software Manager, Datacenter Performance at NVIDIA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in system software, a demonstrated track record of driving product success, and a passion for leading and developing high-performing teams.The successful candidate will have a proven ability to build and manage world-class software development teams, analyze and optimize system performance, and design and deploy scalable system software. We seek a leader with excellent communication and organizational skills who is able to collaborate effectively with other departments and manage a team of engineers.Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in system software development and performance optimization, experience leading a software engineering team, and a deep understanding of computer architecture and system software design. Experience in datacenter performance engineering and familiarity with GPU technologies is also desired.
