Job Description

Do you have a passion for developing innovative software solutions? Are you an experienced Senior System Software Engineer with a strong knowledge of GPU-based technologies? If so, NVIDIA is looking for you! We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior System Software Engineer to join our team and help create DirectML, NVIDIA’s GPU-based software platform.In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging the GPU-based software components of DirectML. You will also be expected to collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure that DirectML meets the highest standards of software quality.To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, plus at least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in the GPU-based software domain. You must also be proficient in C/C++ and GPU-based programming languages such as CUDA, and have a working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, test, and debug GPU-based software components of DirectML.
  2. Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure that DirectML meets the highest standards of software quality.
  3. Develop innovative software solutions and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  4. Proficiently use C/C++ and GPU-based programming languages such as CUDA.
  5. Have a working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  6. Research and incorporate AI/ML technologies into DirectML.
  7. Monitor and maintain the performance of DirectML.
  8. Document and present development plans and technical solutions to management.
