  1. Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans and procedures for structural components of NVIDIA products.
  2. Conduct structural tests using a variety of methods and equipment to evaluate product performance and reliability.
  3. Identify and troubleshoot potential issues and failures in product designs through testing.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product designs meet performance and safety requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain test documentation and reports to accurately track and communicate test results.
  6. Utilize data analysis and statistical methods to interpret test results and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in structural testing techniques and technologies.
  9. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on testing procedures and best practices.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment in the testing lab.
  11. Communicate with external suppliers and partners to coordinate testing and resolve any issues.
  12. Participate in design and development meetings to provide input on design for testability and reliability.
  13. Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate testing into the product development process.
  14. Participate in product failure analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.
  15. Contribute to the development of new testing methods and equipment to enhance product testing capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Structural Testing: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Structural Testing, With A Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices.

  • Proficiency In Testing Software And Tools: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Testing Software Such As Ansys, Ls-Dyna, And/Or Abaqus, As Well As Experience With Data Acquisition Tools And Techniques.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Structural Test Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Troubleshoot Complex Issues And Provide Solutions In A Timely Manner. They Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Think Critically When Faced With Challenges.

  • Knowledge Of Structural Design And Analysis: A Strong Background In Structural Design And Analysis Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Mechanical Or Aerospace Engineering, And Be Familiar With Industry Codes And Standards.

  • Team Leadership And Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading A Team And Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Design Engineers And Project Managers. They Should Also Have Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
