Job Description

NVIDIA is looking for a highly motivated Senior SRAM Design Enablement Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for creating and delivering cutting-edge technologies to our customers. This individual will be responsible for enabling world-class SRAM design solutions, working closely with SRAM design, validation, and application engineering teams.The ideal candidate should possess a deep knowledge of SRAM design, validation, and application engineering, with a strong understanding of the design process, memory architectures, and verification techniques. This individual should also have excellent communication and technical writing skills, and should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently.If you are interested in joining a dynamic and creative team, and possess the necessary experience and qualifications, then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement world-class SRAM design solutions, meeting customer specifications.
  2. Collaborate with SRAM design, validation, and application engineering teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor memory architecture trends and apply knowledge to SRAM design solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain SRAM design specifications, test plans, and documentation.
  5. Identify, document, and communicate any design defects or issues.
  6. Analyze customer requirements and provide feedback to design teams.
  7. Work with engineering teams to identify and improve design and verification processes.
  8. Write and maintain technical reports and documentation.
  9. Support customer inquiries and provide technical support.
  10. Remain current on emerging technologies and trends in the SRAM design field.
