- Utilize expertise in server manageability and FMEA to contribute to the team's projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve server management software.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality and reliable software.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in server manageability and FMEA, and incorporate new technologies into software development.
- Lead and mentor junior software engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge in server manageability and FMEA.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates on project progress and discuss any challenges or roadblocks.
- Work closely with product managers to understand customer needs and incorporate them into software development.

Extensive Experience In Software Engineering: A Senior Software Engineer Should Have A Strong Background In Designing, Developing, And Maintaining Software Systems. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As C++, Java, And Python, As Well As Experience With Software Development Tools And Methodologies.
Proficiency In Server Manageability: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Server Manageability, Including Remote Management And Monitoring, System Diagnostics, And Firmware Updates. Experience With Server Management Tools Such As Dell Openmanage, Hpe Integrated Lights-Out (Ilo), Or Intel Amt Is Highly Desirable.
Familiarity With Fmea Methodologies: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Failure Mode And Effects Analysis (Fmea) Techniques, With A Strong Understanding Of How To Identify And Mitigate Potential Failures In Software Systems. Experience With Fmea Tools And Processes, Such As Dfmea Or Pfmea, Is Preferred.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Role, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Lead A Team Of Engineers To Successfully Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget. Project Management Experience, Including Agile Methodologies, Is Also Desirable.
Knowledge Of Nvidia Technologies: As A Leading Technology Company, Nvidia Seeks Candidates Who Have A Strong Understanding Of Their Products And Technologies.
