Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer - Observability to join NVIDIA’s software engineering team. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent technical and communication skills to develop and maintain observability solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to design and develop world-class observability solutions for NVIDIA’s software products.If you have a passion for software engineering, a strong understanding of software observability principles and a track record of developing and delivering high-quality software solutions, this could be the ideal role for you. We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure observability solutions are delivered on-time and meet the expectations of our customers.Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, 5+ years of experience in software engineering, and experience with software observability tools and technologies. Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud computing, and containerization technologies is also highly desired.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop world-class observability solutions for NVIDIA’s software products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure observability solutions are delivered on-time and meet customer expectations.
  3. Utilize software observability principles to diagnose and debug issues.
  4. Identify opportunities for automation and improvements to the observability solutions.
  5. Work with other software engineers to develop and maintain observability solutions.
  6. Research, evaluate, and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the observability solutions.
  7. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the observability solutions are up-to-date and consistently meeting customer requirements.
  8. Document and maintain the observability solutions.
  9. Troubleshoot and debug software issues related to observability solutions.
  10. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
