Job Description

At NVIDIA, we’re looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer, Test (SDET) to join our team! We’re looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about developing high-quality software test solutions and enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.As the SDET, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test frameworks, developing automated test suites, and designing, developing, and maintaining test plans and strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing manual tests when appropriate, and for ensuring that test results are communicated in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for supporting and improving existing test solutions.We’re looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in software development and software testing, as well as a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies. In addition, the ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field.If you’re looking for a challenging role with lots of room for growth, then this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and maintaining automated test frameworks and automated test suites.
  2. Designing, developing, and maintaining test plans and strategies.
  3. Developing and executing manual tests when appropriate.
  4. Ensuring that test results are communicated in a timely manner.
  5. Supporting and improving existing test solutions.
  6. Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and other stakeholders.
  7. Ensuring that software development and testing activities are performed in accordance with industry best practices.
  8. Participating in software design reviews and code reviews.
  9. Working collaboratively with software engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that software meets requirements and expectations.
  10. Troubleshooting and debugging software issues.
