  1. Lead and oversee package design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet technical requirements and industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, and manufacturing to develop innovative and efficient package designs.
  3. Utilize your expertise in package design to identify and implement new technologies, materials, and processes to improve product performance and reduce costs.
  4. Conduct thorough analyses and simulations to evaluate package designs and identify potential risks or issues.
  5. Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards for package design, ensuring consistency and quality across all products.
  6. Mentor and train junior engineers on package design principles and techniques.

  8. Work closely with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality packaging materials and components.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Industrial Design, Product Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Package Design And Development For High-Performance Computing Or Semiconductor Industry.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software Such As Solidworks Or Autocad, As Well As Experience With Design Software Specific To Packaging, Such As Ansys Or Hyperlynx.

  • Strong Understanding Of Thermal Management, Mechanical Stress, And Material Properties In Package Design.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Package Design Projects From Concept To Production, With A Focus On Innovation And Cost-Effectiveness.
