Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Math Libraries Engineer to join our team at NVIDIA. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about mathematics and is looking to help develop the latest technologies. As a Senior Math Libraries Engineer, you’ll be responsible for developing and enhancing a range of open source math libraries that are used in NVIDIA products. You’ll be working with a team of experts to ensure that these libraries provide a top-level experience for our customers.We’re looking for someone who has:• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)• Extensive experience working with math libraries• Expertise in C and C++ programming languages• A strong understanding of software engineering principles• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsIf this sounds like you, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and enhance open source math libraries used in NVIDIA products.
  2. Collaborate with a team of experts to ensure the libraries provide a top-level experience for customers.
  3. Utilize C and C++ programming languages to implement the math libraries.
  4. Implement software engineering principles to ensure quality and robustness.
  5. Work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug any issues with the math libraries.
  7. Research and develop new algorithms for the math libraries.
  8. Monitor the performance of the math libraries and optimize as needed.
  9. Stay up to date with the latest developments in the math library field.
  10. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback for team members.
