Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Industrial Engineer to join NVIDIA's engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of new, innovative, and cost-effective manufacturing processes for NVIDIA's products. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining best practices for production, safety, and quality control.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background in industrial engineering and a passion for problem-solving. You should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and coordinate with teams across different departments. Additionally, you should possess a high degree of flexibility and be able to work independently when needed. A minimum of 5 years of industrial engineering experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of new, innovative, and cost-effective manufacturing processes for NVIDIA's products. • Develop and maintain best practices for production, safety, and quality control. • Plan, organize, and monitor production operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Analyze production processes, design improvements, and recommend cost-saving solutions. • Develop and maintain plans for process changes or improvements. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and government regulations. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. • Monitor performance of production equipment and personnel, and take corrective action as needed. • Create reports and presentations on production progress and results. • Provide guidance and support to other engineers and technicians.
