  1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for hardware products, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer expectations.
  2. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of hardware components and systems to identify any potential defects or issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to identify and resolve quality issues.
  4. Monitor and track product performance and customer feedback, proactively addressing any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for customer quality inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolution.
  6. Communicate and report on quality metrics and trends to management and other stakeholders.
  7. Lead and participate in customer audits and site visits to demonstrate NVIDIA's commitment to quality and service.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in hardware technology to continuously improve product quality.
  9. Train and mentor junior quality engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent quality standards are met.
  10. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure their products meet NVIDIA's quality standards.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline quality processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  13. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations while carrying out job responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Computer Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Customer-Facing Quality Engineering Role, Preferably In The Hardware Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Control Principles, Methodologies, And Tools.

  • Experience With Customer Complaint Resolution And Root Cause Analysis Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Customers.
