They Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In This Field, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Projects And Implementations.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Director Of Engineering, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Engineers And Overseeing All Aspects Of Av Infrastructure Development And Maintenance. They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, And The Ability To Make Tough Decisions And Guide The Team Towards Achieving Objectives.
