Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consolidation GL Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a global leader in visual computing and artificial intelligence, we are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about delivering accurate and timely financial reporting. In this role, you will play a critical part in our financial consolidation process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements. We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise in accounting, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.   1. Oversee and manage the financial consolidation process for the company.
  2. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.
  3. Perform detailed analysis and review of financial data to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for the consolidation process.
  5. Provide technical expertise in accounting principles and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard financial information.
  7. Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.
  8. Monitor and report on variances between actual and budgeted financial results.
  9. Participate in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of the consolidation process.
  11. Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  12. Train and mentor junior staff members as needed.
  13. Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends.
  14. Provide support for external audits and assist in preparing audit schedules.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates and address any issues that may arise.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In General Accounting, Consolidation, And Financial Reporting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Us Gaap And Ifrs Accounting Standards.

  • Experience With Large-Scale Erp Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Accounting Issues.
