Responsibilities:

• Analyze, review, and modify system logic and processes on SAP Prod Planning and Manufacturing applications

• Develop and maintain system and process documentation

• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and resolve technical problems

• Work with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users

• Perform tests and ensure that the system meets business requirements

• Assist with the implementation and integration of new applications

• Prepare user manuals, training materials, and user guides

• Develop strategies to improve system efficiency and performance

• Manage system upgrades and ensure that the system is up to date
