We are looking for an experienced Senior ASIC Design Engineer - Memory Subsystem to join our world-class team at NVIDIA. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop the memory subsystem of ASICs, including the architecture, RTL, and implementation.
- Work with industry-leading technology to create powerful GPUs and AI products.
- Analyze system requirements and develop memory subsystem architecture that meets those requirements.
- Utilize high-level synthesis tools to create an efficient design.
- Develop testbenches and verification of the memory subsystem.
- Work with other teams to ensure successful integration of the memory subsystem into the overall ASIC.
- Debug and troubleshoot memory subsystem designs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest ASIC design and memory technologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices for ASIC design.
- Document design process and results.
