Job Description

At NVIDIA, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Semiconductor Safety Engineer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone with a passion for safety and a commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that all semiconductor products meet safety requirements and standards. You will need to possess a strong understanding of semiconductor systems and processes, and be able to develop and implement safety plans and procedures.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field as well as five years of experience in semiconductor safety engineering. You should be highly organized, skilled in problem-solving, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should have a working knowledge of semiconductor safety regulations, such as UL, CSA, and IEC standards.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team of professionals. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop safety plans and procedures for semiconductor products
  2. Ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards
  3. Monitor and review safety procedures for semiconductor products
  4. Develop and implement safety protocols for semiconductor products
  5. Conduct safety testing and analysis of semiconductor products
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve safety issues related to semiconductor products
  7. Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of safety protocols and processes
  8. Prepare safety reports and presentations
  9. Collaborate with other engineers to promote safety in the workplace
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and safety regulations, such as UL, CSA, and IEC standards

Job Qualifications
