
Sales Executive - Enterprise Developer Relations
At NVIDIA, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive - Enterprise Developer Relations to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a deep understanding of enterprise software, and a commitment to customer success. The successful candidate will develop and maintain relationships with enterprise software customers, ensuring they are delighted with the products and services NVIDIA offers. We're looking for a self-starter who can identify opportunities, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field• 7+ years of sales experience in the enterprise software sector• Proven success in developing and maintaining relationships with enterprise customers• Experience with software development, enterprise cloud solutions, and/or data science• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Knowledge of NVIDIA technology and products a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise software customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for customer success.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build customer loyalty.

- Provide technical support to customers, as needed.

- Educate customers on NVIDIA products and services.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in enterprise technology.
- Monitor customer feedback and take proactive steps to address any issues.
