  1. Lead and drive performance analysis and optimization efforts for NVIDIA products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address performance bottlenecks.
  3. Utilize your deep understanding of system performance to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  4. Conduct thorough performance evaluations and provide recommendations for improving product performance.
  5. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and incorporate them into performance analysis and optimization strategies.
  7. Develop and maintain performance testing methodologies and tools.
  8. Mentor and guide team members in performance analysis and optimization techniques.
  9. Collaborate with product development teams to define and prioritize performance goals and metrics.
  10. Work with customers and partners to understand their performance requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  11. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance to identify potential areas for improvement.
  12. Collaborate with external research and academic communities to stay at the forefront of performance analysis and optimization techniques.
  13. Contribute to the overall performance strategy and roadmap for NVIDIA products.
  14. Identify and propose new performance metrics and benchmarks to measure product performance.
  15. Communicate performance analysis and optimization strategies and results to upper management and other relevant stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Performance Analysis And Optimization Techniques For Advanced Computing Systems, Including Cpu/Gpu Architectures, Parallel Computing, And Software Optimization.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Performance Measurement And Analysis Methodologies, Tools, And Workflows For Complex Computing Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Computer Architecture And System-Level Design, Including Microarchitecture, Cache Hierarchies, Memory Systems, And I/O Subsystems.

  • Proven Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Identify Performance Bottlenecks, Propose Solutions, And Drive Improvements In System Performance.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Technical Information To A Variety Of Audiences And Provide Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Engineers.
