- Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and processes for PCB layout to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.

Extensive Experience In Pcb Layout Design: A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Pcb Layout Design, Preferably In A High-Tech Industry Such As Semiconductor Or Computing.
Strong Technical Knowledge: A Strong Understanding Of Pcb Design Principles, Board Materials, Signal Integrity, And Emi/Emc Considerations. Familiarity With Industry Standards And Design Tools Such As Altium, Cadence, And Mentor Graphics Is A Plus.
Team Management Skills: Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Pcb Layout Designers, Providing Guidance, Training, And Support To Ensure High-Quality Designs And Timely Project Completion.
Project Management Skills: Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Pcb Design Projects From Concept To Production, While Meeting Budget And Timeline Constraints.
Communication And Collaboration: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Including Hardware Engineers, Mechanical Designers, And Manufacturing Engineers.
